Thank you to all of those who helped us celebrate International Day of Families by participating in our Build-A-Fort contest and giveaway, which ended on Friday- May 22nd.
We received several photo entries, depicting Disney Cruise-themed forts to colorful “babe cave” forts and every kind in between. We were touched by the personal stories and photo captions as families shared about how they have been touched by the Ronald McDonald House or Ronald McDonald Family Room at Carilion Childrens.
In the end, the Redd Family’s photo won the contest with 91 Instagram Likes!!
We hope that families had fun with this event and we are thankful for the opportunity to shine light on our Mission of Keeping families close.
