About the Artist… 
Joel Tucker, a native of Glen Wilton in Botetourt County, resides in Roanoke, Virginia.  Employed by United Parcel Services as a Human Resources Representative, Joel is active in community service through UPS and volunteers at the Ronald McDonald House.  His watercolors have won a number of awards and have been chosen to benefit several non-profit organizations in addition to RMHC.
